D Yes you can, you can exchange a product for another one. However, the cost of sending the item back to us, and the cost of posting a new item back to you, will be at your expense…i.e. the delivery cost.

Yes you can as long as the item hasn’t already been sent to you and the price is same as the initial bag. If there is a reduction in bag price, we can send this difference back to you through Paypal, no problem at all, or write you a cheque for you to cover the difference.
